Talk Timbers U-23 Starting in 2009, the Portland Timbers have had a U-23 team in the USL's Premier Development League, which is the fourth level of soccer in the US and Canada. In 2010, the U-23s completed the first perfect season in PDL history, going 20-0-0 and winning the PDL Championship 4-1 over Thunder Bay at PGE Park.
